The Athenahealth login portal connects you to portions of your electronic medical record, the same used by your physician. Once logged in to your account, you will be able to request a new appointment, Pay your medical bills, see your upcoming appointments, access reports, and lab results, Receive educational materials, view your immunization history, and a lot more.
Many providers now offer patient portals, however, if your healthcare provider’s office uses Athenahealth products, you can follow the steps below to log in to your portal. For secure access to the Athenahealth Patient Portal, you will need to set up an account. The service is free. A password is used to make all your information private and secure.
How Your Account is Protected
Your privacy is important. You may need to provide an Email address and password to access and use the Athenahealth patient portal. Therefore, athenahealth has taken extra steps to ensure that your private health information remains confidential. Your records are safe from unauthorized access because the Athenahealth patient portal is password-protected and information is delivered via an encrypted connection.
All communication between you and Athenahealth using your patient portal is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. Encryption means the information is encoded so that no one can read it during transmission. Also, your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer; as such we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone as you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

An Athenahealth account lets you access a range of healthcare apps built by Athenahealth, healthcare providers, and other participating developers using a single email and password.
You can use this email and password anywhere you see the “Log in with Athenahealth” button, including patient portals and other applications you use to manage your health records from various healthcare providers.
However, if this is your first login because you don’t yet have an Athenahealth account, please refer to your healthcare provider’s instructions for registering for their patient portal and you will be walked through creating an athenahealth account as part of that process.
If your healthcare provider’s office uses athenahealth products, you can copy this link https://pxppapp.px.athena.io to your browser to log in to your portal. You can also go to https://www.athenahealth.com/patient-login and click on “Find your portal”
If you can’t log in to your portal using the link above, check the homepage of your healthcare provider’s website for a Patient Portal link or a patient section. If you still have issues finding your portal’s Welcome page, contact your provider’s office directly.
